My role: Platform architecture, distributed infrastructure, and simulation workflow design.
Challenge: Ensuring strict isolation between different clients (Correspondent Banks) and their robots, while maintaining stability across an ecosystem of unpredictable banking portals.
Outcome: Manual workflows became autonomous pipelines, reducing response times and eliminating data-entry errors.

An in-house platform to centralize influencer metrics and campaigns, replacing high-cost SaaS solutions with a serverless architecture on Firebase.

My role: Technical Lead, NoSQL data architecture, and developer team coordination.
Challenge: Migrating operations from multiple paid platforms (e.g., Squid) to a proprietary system that required normalizing heterogeneous data from Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube in real-time.
Outcome: The v1 delivery centralized campaign lifecycles with automatic metric harvesting via OAuth, eliminating third-party software costs and ensuring data accuracy for influencer filtering.

Complete sales automation for WhatsApp, integrating lead filtering, asynchronous bank API calls, and DataCrazy CRM synchronization.

My role: Agent architecture, banking API integration, and CRM automation.
Challenge: Scaling a manual loan operation to handle hundreds of new leads daily while maintaining high qualification precision.
Outcome: The AI took over first contact and screening, reaching peaks of 400+ simultaneous conversations in a single day—a volume impossible for a human team to sustain.

Patented tool for extracting BibTeX references in bulk from SBC Open Lib, reducing manual work in academic research.

My role: End-to-end product ownership, from scraping to interface and final output.
Challenge: Automating metadata collection from a source not designed for batch processing while preserving consistency and speed.
Outcome: Researchers could generate references in bulk within seconds, with less manual error and less operational effort.

Public case

Multilingual portfolio with a custom CMS built on the GitHub API, designed for simple updates and near-zero operational cost.

My role: Product architecture, custom CMS, and publishing automation.
Challenge: Giving the client autonomy to update content without a complex admin panel, dedicated server, or Git knowledge.
Outcome: The artist could maintain the portfolio independently without relying on a developer or paying recurring infrastructure costs.

Public case

Data visualization panel for micro entrepreneurs (MEI) that consolidates records captured via a WhatsApp chatbot.

My role: Product frontend, temporary access flows, and data visualization.
Challenge: Displaying revenue and expense data mapped by AI in a mobile-readable format without requiring a conventional login.
Outcome: The dashboard allowed chatbot users to consult detailed financial metrics in a clean, read-only interface.
