Banking Automation & Robot Control Platform
A distributed system for automating complex banking operations, integrating edge-based orchestration with high-fidelity Playwright bots.

I designed this platform to orchestrate large-scale banking automation bots, specifically for high-stakes credit and financial data workflows. The system manages hundreds of concurrent executions while ensuring strict security and data integrity.
Architecture & Engineering
The solution consists of two primary layers coordinated through a secure orchestration infrastructure:
- Control Gateway: Built on Cloudflare Workers to manage task queues, execution states, and resource isolation.
- Automation Engine: Implemented in Kotlin with Playwright, focusing on the precision and speed of robotic interactions with external banking systems.
Technical Contributions
- Robot Strategy Pattern: Designed and implemented a functional factory pattern in Kotlin to manage diverse automation strategies (robots), ensuring long-term scalability and code maintainability.
- Credential Lifecycle Management: Developed a secure resource management system with granular locking logic to prevent concurrency issues during massive parallel job executions.
- Resilience & Error Handling: Engineered robust interceptors and resolvers to manage the non-deterministic nature of external web interfaces, maintaining system integrity across all execution states.
Impact & Results
I transformed manual, slow checking workflows into 100% autonomous automation pipelines. The architecture ensured absolute integrity for processed financial data, eliminating operational bottlenecks and allowing the credit team to focus on strategic decisions rather than tedious, repetitive tasks.
